Combined Impacts of ENSO and IOD on Streamflow: A Case Study of the Jinsha River Basin, China

This study investigated the combined impacts of El Niño–Southern Oscillation (ENSO) and Indian Ocean Dipole (IOD) on streamflow under four scenarios: neutral, pure ENSO, IOD, a combination ENSO IOD.
